In modern industrial pipelines, select the appropriate manufacturing process directly affects the sealing integrity and safety of the system. As one of the top ten pipe material brands in China.
We use fully automatic continuous production line.Ensure that each stainless steel welding pipe meets the world-class standard.
A pipe formed by continuously rolling steel strips and using the stainless steel welding process.
Key Difference:Unlike seamless pipes, the core quality of welded pipes lies in the stability of the welding technique and the subsequent heat treatment process.
| Industrial Grade Process | Common Process | |
| Main process | Plasma welding+Argon arc welding | MIG welding technique |
| Sealing | The Weld seam coefficient is high | The weld seam coefficient is low and easy to produce air holes |
| Heat effected zone | Extremely narrow and uniform, reducing stress concentration | Wide ,easy to occur intergranular corrosion |
| Degree of automation | Fully automatic continuous production line | Semi-automatic or manual operation |
Step1:continuous molding and cleaning
High-quality steel strips enter the machine and undergo multiple precision rolling processes.
As a national standard drafting unit,we will carry strict surface cleaning before molding.
Step2:Precision Welding
This is the key to determining the quality. We use argon arc welding machines or lasers welding for on-site welding.Combined with plasma welding, ensure complete penetration of the weld root.
Step3:Grinding the weld seam
Precision equipment is used to roll the inner weld, eliminating residual height, smoothing the inner and outer walls ,preventing eddy corrosion of fluid in the heat affected zone.
Step4:Solution Heat Treatment
Solution heat treatment of stainless steel is essential step.
The material is heated at 1050℃ in a protective environment and then rapidly cooled to restore its mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
Step5:Non-Destructive testing
Each pipe must undergo eddy corrosive testing.
Testing standard:strictly follow the stainless steel welding standards to ensure 100% defect-free delivery.

Q:Why is the weld seam quality of welded pipes so important?
A:Welding defects significantly reduce the safety factor of the system. As one of the top ten pipe material manufacturers in China,we have controlled weld coefficient to 1.0,so that the strength of the welded pipe is equal to that of the base mental.
Q:How to ensure that no batch quality issues occur in large-scale projects?
A:The key lies in stability of the fully automated continuous production line. Our fully digital monitoring system ensures that every parameter of the welding techniques can be traced.
